How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

Our goal is to honour the original manufacturer’s warranty for all our products. To save our
customers the cost and trouble of returning damaged products back for inspection, Canadawide Sports accepts a legible and dated copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase, as
well as a clear photo of the defective item. Photo and receipt must be submitted to Canadawide Sports for evaluation within 6 months of the customers return. You will be issued a case
number for tracking the item(s) to completion.

If the damage is difficult to judge based on the photograph, you may be asked to return the
product to Canadawide Sports for further inspection.

If you are instructed to return the product, an RA number and form will be issued to you with
further details and instructions.

*Please follow all return terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in return refusal.*

Please note you are responsible for shipping the product back, at your expense, in packaging
that will protect against further damage. Canadawide Sports reserves the right to decline
warranty requests at our sole discretion.

We do not warranty products that are damaged in store or customer’s warehouse.

Approved warranty claims will result in a product replacement. Should the exact model be
unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the product with similar or like items, or provide a
credit on the customer’s account.

All replacement items will be sent on the customer’s subsequent order. Should you require an
earlier ship date please be advised that the cost of freight will be billed to your account.
